The marked men are far better off taken down with sniper rifles given how often they have sniper rifles of their own, or incinerators, or high end melee weapons. Silently, no less! You'd think if old-world weapons had these kind of infinite batteries in them, the militaries would never fool around with weapons that eat bulky complex cartridges or power cells.īut the DLC doesn't really give me a chance to apply it. Kind of obscenely powerful considering that it's an unmodified improvised weapon that needs no external power source of any kind to propel a storm of nails at deadly speeds.
